HARVEY P. EISEN
Co-Chief Executive Officer
Harvey P. Eisen is Chairman, CEO and Director of Wright Investors’ Service Holdings, Inc. (WISH), the parent company of The Winthrop Corporation. Wright investors’ Service, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Winthrop Corporation. He has also served as Chairman of Bedford Oak Advisors, LLC, an investment partnership since 1998, and Chairman and Director of GP Strategies since 2004. He was previously Senior Vice President of Travelers, Inc. and held various executive positions with Primerica, SunAmerica Corp., and Integrated Resources Asset Management. Mr. Eisen was president and portfolio manager of Eisen Capital Management for 10 years. He began his career as an analyst with Stifel, Nicolaus & Co. and Wertheim.
Mr. Eisen has served on the Strategic Development Board for the Trulaske College of Business, University of Missouri since 1995 where he established the first accredited course on the Warren Buffett Principles of Investing. He also serves on the University’s Investment Advisory Committee.
Mr. Eisen is widely recognized as one of the country’s leading portfolio managers. With over three decades of investment experience, he is often consulted by the national media for his expert views on all phases of the investment marketplace and is frequently quoted in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Pension World, U.S. News & World Report, Financial World and Business Week, among others. Mr. Eisen also appears regularly on various television programs on CNN, CNBC, Bloomberg TV and Lou Dobbs Tonight on Fox News. He also served as a regular panelist on Wall Street Week with Louis Rukeyser for over 20 years.
Harvey Eisen graduated from the University of Missouri at Columbia with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics, and has also received a Master of Science in Commerce from St. Louis University. He is a former Trustee of The Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, MD. He also served on the Zanvyl Krieger School of Arts and Sciences Advisory Board for Johns Hopkins University as well as the Carey Business School Board of Overseers and the Hopkins Parents Council. Additionally, he is a former Trustee of the Rippowam Cisqua School, Bedford, NY, and the Northern Westchester Hospital Center, Mount Kisco, NY.
Mr. Eisen is married, he has two children and resides in Westchester County, NY. Mr. Eisen also serves on our Investment Team
AMIT S. KHANDWALA
Co-Chief Executive Officer, Co-President and Chief Investment Officer, Chief Investment Officer of Global Equities
Mr. Khandwala received a BS in Economics, Accounting, International Business and Computers from the University of Bombay, India, and an MBA in Investments, Corporate Finance, and International Finance & International Marketing from the University of Hartford. Mr. Khandwala has overall responsibility for US and International equity management including the direction and implementation of quantitative equities research. He also shares overall investment strategy and asset allocation responsibility with Mr. van Daalen. Additionally, he is the portfolio manager for Wright’s equity products. Mr. Khandwala manages the Mid Core Strategy which received “Manager of the Decade 2014” as well as “Manager of the Decade 2013” award and “Top Guns Bull & Bear Masters – December 2014” for Large Growth Strategy from PSN/Informa*. In addition, Mr. Khandwala also received “Best of the Best” award from PSN/Informa* for the Large Growth Strategy he manages as of September 2014. Mr. Khandwala has been published in the Journal of Portfolio Management and has been involved in conducting empirical research in finance. He was also responsible for the management of 21 single country and regional funds domiciled in US and in Luxembourg. He is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts. Mr. Khandwala is quadralingual in English, Hindi, Gujarati and Marathi. In 2006, Mr. Khandwala received the Anchor Award from the University of Hartford as a distinguished alumnus. Mr. Khandwala served as Chairman of the Board of St. Vincent’s Medical Center Foundation from 2014 to 2016. Mr. Khandwala was also a member of the Investment Committee of the St. Vincent’s Medical Center Foundation until July 2017. In 2016, Mr. Khandwala was selected to the Physicians Contract and Compensation Committee of the St. Vincent’s Medical Center. Mr. Khandwala holds the Series 65 securities license. M. ANTHONY E. VAN DAALEN, CFA ®

Mr. van Daalen received a BA in Psychology from Wesleyan University and an MBA in Finance and International Business from New York University’s Stern School of Business. Mr. van Daalen has overall responsibility for fixed income portfolio management. He also shares overall investment strategy and asset allocation responsibility with Mr. Khandwala. Before joining Wright, he was a Director at Credit Suisse Asset Management following their purchase of Warburg Pincus Asset Management, which he joined in 1992. In addition to managing institutional assets, Mr. van Daalen was manager of several mutual funds, including the Warburg Pincus Fixed Income Fund. Prior to 1992, he was Assistant Vice President and managed fixed income investments for high net worth individuals in Citibank’s International Private Bank. He is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts. Mr. van Daalen was educated at l’Ecole Internationale de Genève and is trilingual in English, French and Dutch. Mr. van Daalen holds the Series 65, 7 and 63 securities licenses. Mr. van Daalen joined Wright in 2002. Mr. van Daalen also serves on our Investment Team
Michael L.Dineen, CFA ®
Senior Vice President, Portfolio Manager
Mr. Dineen earned an MBA in Finance from Sacred Heart University and a BA in Accounting from Pace University. Mr. Dineen is responsible for investment grade credit and high yield fixed income portfolio management. Before joining Wright, he was a Senior Vice President and credit portfolio manager at Atlantic Asset Management. He previously was a portfolio manager at AXA/MONY Group for investment grade credit and private equity investments. He served on several investment advisory boards. Earlier positions included managing high yield for GE Asset and auditing for Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Dineen is currently an adjunct professor for both the University of Connecticut and Sacred Heart University. He is also a member of Sacred Heart University’s Business Advisory Council. He is a CFA and CPA and member of the CFA Society of Stamford. Mr. Dineen joined Wright in 2016.
Phyllis A. Fleno
Assistant Portfolio Manager
Ms. Fleno received a BA in Accounting from Boston College and an MBA in Finance from Babson College. Ms. Fleno is a member of the fixed income team covering corporate and municipal bonds. In addition, Ms.Fleno provides research coverage for the healthcare and materials sectors. Previously, she was a Vice President and Portfolio Analyst at State Street Research & Management Co., a former wholly-owned subsidiary of MetLife, where she held a series of progressive financial positions. Ms. Fleno joined Wright in 2008.
Anuradha Prabhu, CFA®
Vice President – Investment Analyst
Ms. Prabhu received a BS in Accounting, Taxation and Economics from the University of Bombay, India and an MBA in Finance from the University of Bombay, India. Prior to joining Wright, Ms. Prabhu worked at BNP Paribas, India and ICICI Bank, India for 3 years. Ms. Prabhu has primary responsibilities for performance reporting; research coverage of the consumer discretionary, consumer staples and financial sectors and research on Wright’s quality ratings. In addition, Ms. Prabhu is involved in quantitative research and maintaining the Approved Wright Investment List for U.S. and International companies. She is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts and the Stamford CFA Society. Ms. Prabhu is trilingual in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Ms. Prabhu holds the Series 65 license. Ms. Prabhu joined Wright in 2003.
Mark F. Moyher
Vice President – Head of Trading
Mr. Moyher attended Fairfield University. He is responsible for US, international equity and fixed income trading. Prior to working as Head Trader, Mr. Moyher held various positions at Wright including initiating the Worldscope database office in Ireland, research analyst and assistant portfolio manager. Mr. Moyher holds the Series 7 & Series 63 securities licenses. Mr. Moyher joined Wright in 1984.
Amanda L. Torske
Manager – Portfolio Administration
Ms. Torske received a BA in Chemical Engineering and Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of Connecticut. Ms. Torske is the head of the portfolio administration group with primary responsibilities for overseeing the daily management of clients’ accounts. Previously, she was Director of Operations for American Investment Services in MA. Ms. Torske joined Wright in 2005, left in 2013 to pursue another opportunity and rejoined Wright in 2017.
Diane M. Carstensen
Information Technology Manager
Ms. Carstensen received a BS in Applied and Computational Mathematics from the University of Connecticut. Ms. Carstensen is responsible for managing the design, procurement, development, operation, and maintenance of all aspects of technology at Wright. These systems include computing, networking, telephony and related hardware, as well as accounting, trading, and Wright’s proprietary investment research software. Ms. Carstensen joined Wright in 1986.
